The Voluntary Code of Practice for Access to Service and Repair Information

The Voluntary Code of Practice for Access to Service and Repair Information for Motor Vehicles has been developed by the AADA as a signatory party to the “Agreement on Access to Service and Repair Information 2014” dated 15 December 2014. The Code has been developed to ensure the service and repair of motor vehicles is carried out in a manner that best protects a consumer’s interest in their vehicle.
